To find out whether your proposal requires a faculty:
- consult the Faculty Jurisdiction Rules
- and speak to your Archdeacon or contact the DAC team at Trinity House.
If you have determined that a faculty will be necessary:
- use the Church of England’s Online Faculty System to apply
- and consult our Guidance on Using the Online Faculty System.
Parishes are strongly encouraged to download and read the Faculty Procedure Guidance Notes (updated 2024), issued by the Registrar of the Diocese for the guidance of Parishes.
