We are open for business!

We are encouraging churches and schools to be a part of the library through our free membership scheme. Please use the menus below to find out more. Contact us if you have an item you would like to share or suggestions for the purchase of new resources. 

Available resources

Our resources include items such as:

  • large play items
  • Godly Play story boxes
  • prayer labyrinths

How to join and book

The Resource Library moved to Trinity House, to sign up for the library, please complete this membership form.

To request items please complete this booking form.

Please make bookings with reasonable notice so that we can be here if you’re picking up an item or to give us ample time to get it to you by mail.

Delivery and returns

Free delivery is available on smaller items. However, additional postage and packing costs may apply on larger items; alternatively you are welcome to come and collect them at an agreed time. 

Terms and conditions

It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and proper use of all resources. We cannot be held liable for any loss, accident or injury.

Churches and schools not in the Diocese of Southwark are welcome to use the Resource Library. However, there will be a small charge for the loan, in additional to delivery costs.

Damaged/missing items

We rely on our members to look after our resources. Please check the inventory when you receive the resource and notify us immediately of any missing or damaged items. If loss or damage occurs during the loan period, we reserve the right to charge for replacements.
