St Oswald’s is a joyful, welcoming and prayerful Church of England parish in south London, seeking a Vicar to lead us into the next chapter of our life and ministry. Rooted in worship, prayer and community life, we are a diverse and inclusive church family with a heart for all ages and backgrounds.
“We are a joyful, vibrant church where everyone belongs, united by our shared faith in Jesus Christ.”
Supported by committed lay leaders, St Oswald’s offers a collaborative and encouraging context for ministry, with real opportunities to deepen discipleship, strengthen pastoral care, grow work with children and families, and continue developing our presence in the wider community.
We are looking for a priest who is:

- Warm, inclusive and approachable
- A confident and engaging preacher and teacher
- Community‑focused and outward‑looking
- Committed to shared ministry and collaboration
- Committed to mission and growing the church
- Supportive of children, young people and families
What we offer:
- A welcoming, prayerful and supportive church family
- Experienced and committed lay leadership
- A diverse parish rich in opportunity for mission and growth
- A collaborative ministry setting with space for new ideas
- A modern vicarage and strong local community connections
We are excited about the future and prayerfully seeking the person God is calling to join us in worship, witness and service.
