Operations Manager | Christ Church, Blackfriars

About the Role

Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week (occasional weekend and evening
working will be required)
Reports to: The Rector
Salary: £43,000 per annum

Purpose of Job: The aim of this key role is to implement and maintain operational strategies for Christchurch Blackfriars in support of our vision.

The Operations Manager will ensure that our systems are efficient, innovative, fit for purpose and sustainable. They will oversee the coordination of our charitable ‘Hub’ work and support future fundraising applications.

The postholder will have a portfolio of operational areas, including processing day-to-day finances, buildings and facilities management, office management and logistics, fund raising and Hub coordination.

The successful applicant also has the possibility to become the Parish Clerk and thus a member of the Worshipful Company of Clerks.
