Do you have a passion for sharing Jesus and helping children, young people, and families grow in faith? Use your experience in children’s or youth ministry as a volunteer, leader, or paid worker to make a difference in another church.
Work one day a week (up to 9 hours) and earn £19.50 per hour, alongside your current role.
Why become a Mission Practitioner?
- Build volunteer confidence and strengthen existing CYP ministries
- Create new expressions of faith and discipleship
- Share Jesus in youth groups, children’s groups, after-school clubs, or toddler groups.
- Support the development of a clear 0–18 year old ministry pathway
- Support mission in low-income or under-resourced communities
- Share best practice for discipleship at church, school and home

Please share this opportunity with fellow volunteers or team members who are passionate about children and youth ministry.
We welcome applications from under-represented groups, particularly from those who are from Global majority heritage backgrounds. There is an occupational requirement that the job holder is a Christian under the Part 1 Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
