for the Benefice of All Saints Benhilton
[All Saints Road, Sutton, SM1 3DA]

We seek to appoint a Priest who will:

  • teach faithfully the Catholic faith as the Church of England has received it
  • continue to champion new growth within our church
  • be a good preacher and teacher
  • guide us in our spiritual journey within our church services, various pilgrimages, and the wider community
  • relates to people of all ages
  • promote lay leadership and ministry
  • has a strong pastoral heart, is approachable, and a good listening ear and a sense of humour!
  • undertake visits to members of the congregation, especially the sick, dying and bereaved
  • maintain and build upon the excellent relations with our church school
  • encourage our musical tradition
  • ensure that All Saints plays its full part in diocesan and deanery life

The parish has passed a Resolution under the House of Bishops’ Declaration.
