The Patronage Board of the East Greenwich Team Ministry are looking for an exceptional Christian leader to be the new Team Rector leading the flourishing East Greenwich Team Ministry, including responsibility for Christ Church.
The Team Rector will be;
- a Christ centred and outward focussed priest with a passion for the proclamation of the gospel
- able to demonstrate experience of the oversight and leadership of others, especially proven skill in enabling a diverse team to flourish in ministry
- passionate about leading the growth of the kingdom of God in this Team
East Greenwich is a vibrant, diverse and welcoming parish currently comprising three centres: Christ Church, St George’s and the church plant Holy Trinity. We are inclusive, open and energetic, with a track record of leading the community’s response to pressing national and international issues. Our ministry team currently includes five ordained clergy, a Lay Reader and a Youth Worker, supported by an Administrator and effective lay leaders.

We welcome applications from priests who have completed a stipendiary curacy (or equivalent) in the Church of England or another of the Anglican Churches of the United Kingdom.
