The Role

As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties.
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and contractors.
• Managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations and legislation.
• Addressing tenant queries and resolving disputes effectively.

Salary/Stipend: £35,000 rising to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
