We are deeply committed to seeing our churches flourish and grow in every way. Leading Your Church Into Growth (LyCiG) is a proven catalyst for this transformation, inspiring hope and providing practical, realistic tools for growth.

LyCiG brings together church leaders and congregations from all backgrounds, equipping ordinary parishes with vision, encouragement, and proven strategies to foster real, lasting growth—numerically, spiritually, and missionally.

The Bishop of Southwark, the Rt Revd Christopher Chessun writes:

Parish life flourishes when priest and people work together for the Kingdom, and the LyCiG course gives us all an opportunity to learn and to plan, and to pray and discern, together as the whole people of God. These islands have a rich history of missionary saints and I give thanks for them and for the rich diversity of saints from around the world. This course will help you to follow their example, so that we can hand on the faith to our neighbours and others will follow after us, as we have followed the saints.

Churches that engage with LyCiG are seeing genuine impact, with many reporting renewed enthusiasm and a measurable increase in worshipping community.  We are excited to partner with LYCIG and confident that, by working together and supporting one another, we will see God’s kingdom grow across Southwark.
