Head of Discipleship and Men’s Ministry | Christ Church, Gipsy Hill

This is an exciting time to be joining the team at Christ Church Gipsy Hill where we are seeking a passionate Head of Discipleship and Men’s Ministry for an integrated congregation. In addition to working closely across our traditional congregation, you will provide support to the spiritual growth and discipleship of men within our vibrant Farsi community.

This part-time, fixed-term role offers an exciting opportunity to provide pastoral care, lead Bible studies, and develop ministry specifically tailored to men within Christ Church, and in particular Farsi speakers, many of whom come from Muslim backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian male with excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a heart for discipleship. You will work closely with our Leadership Team to nurture faith, build community, and support individuals in their spiritual journey. If you have experience in ministering to men, working with diverse communities, a genuine passion for cross-cultural ministry, and a desire to see people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, we want to hear from you.
