Transforming Conversations is a course for clergy on improving your one-to-one conversations in pastoral care, supervision, and management. One-to-one conversations form a considerable part of our working lives as clergy, especially if we are in a supervision role. With some simple coaching skills and a clear framework, you will be able to make a difference to the quality of every conversation.
