This session – open to both clergy and lay leaders – explores the particular challenges of smaller parish churches and the potential to nurture vocations and lay leadership. The Venerable Carol Coslett, Assistant Director of Lay Ministry, will draw on her experience as an Archdeacon in Derbyshire and as a parish priest in the more rural part of Southwark Diocese.
