Unconscious bias training helps individuals and churches address issues of unconscious bias which may arise in diverse communities. This training is open to everyone, but may be especially interesting to those in positions of leadership, including clergy, Readers, CPLMs/SPAs, Pioneers, leaders of children’s and young people’s groups, and PCC members.
The facilitators for these events are drawn from a team led by the Rt Revd Dr Rosemarie Mallett, Bishop of Croydon, and the Revd Canon Wendy Robins, Director of Discipleship, Lay Ministry and Continuing Ministerial Education.
