All Saints Peckham is looking for a contagiously passionate follower of Jesus to lead our ministry among young people and students, both within our congregation and in the community. The exceptional person we’re seeking will oversee a student youth worker, equip and encourage a volunteer youth ministry team, and take a hands-on lead in the discipling of youth (those at secondary school). They will also spearhead ministry with students from local colleges and universities.
We believe God’s Word and Holy Spirit can transform individuals and communities. The post-holder will have daily personal experience of the transforming presence of God in their lives, and will be passionate about enabling a younger generation to grow in their faith and experience of Jesus. They will have a strategic role to play in the strengthening of key transitions through groups and stages and ensuring the best possible relationships between young people, students, and the wider church.
