The Diocese of Southwark, The Bishop of Southwark and King’s College, Cambridge as Patron, seek to appoint a Team Vicar for St John the Divine, Richmond
The Church of St John the Divine, part of the Richmond Team Ministry, is a liberal catholic and welcoming community of faith, dedicated to helping people explore the reality of God in Christ faithfully and honestly.
We are seeking a full-time priest who is:
- rooted in the liberal catholic tradition
- enthusiastic about the contribution children and young people make to the life of the church
- imaginative in reaching out
- an inspiring communicator of the Gospel of the love of God
- warm and wise in pastoral care
- joyfully committed to being in a parish that supports Inclusive Church
- glad to be part of a Team
As well as friendliness, collaboration and commitment to the gospel, we offer an Edwardian vicarage in an attractive area with good local schools and excellent transport links.
