Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week – 8am to 3pm). Location: Croydon, Surrey.
Contract: Term time plus 10 days (fixed term until July 2024)
Salary: Grade 3 point 5-7 (£24,804.00 – £25,629.00)

We are seeking a well organised, methodical and quick thinking individual. You be the first point of contact for parents, carers, visitors, pupils and students. You will have experience in understanding the needs to support parents and carers, the assertiveness to be patient and provide a professional front line service. Knowledge of school office procedures is desirable, alongside high-level literacy skills with a good eye for detail for the processing of attendance. The successful candidate will also be able to efficiently manage their time and prioritise tasks depending on their importance. A knowledge of Office 365 would also be desirable.

The successful candidate will:

  • Liaise with parents, carers
  • Deal with the local authority and other outside agencies
  • Provide administrative support for Years 7-11 attendance
  • Be the first point of contact for any First Aid requirements
  • Answer attendance calls
  • Process attendance emails / messages
  • Provide general administration
