Salary: £15,000
Hours: 24 hours per week, term time only, for 2 years (to include 2 hours on a Sunday evening, week day hours are negotiable)

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the strong relationship between the Church of the Good Shepherd, Lee and Trinity All Through School, Lewisham – which is in the parish. The role involves creating a new ‘worshipping community’ in the school, that is invitational and intergenerational, with young people as co-creators. This will mean setting up small groups – outside of lesson time – for people to meet together to learn and grow in faith. It will also involve supporting the existing youth ministry at the church, and finding ways to strengthen the links between school and church. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys starting projects, innovating, working creatively, and following the lead of the Holy Spirit.
