Are you an experienced digital marketeer and used to creating engaging content for different social media platforms? Are you good at keeping multiple projects running at the same time? Could you help build our online presence and put our brand in front of potential supporters and donors? Are you inspired by church architecture and heritage buildings? If so, we are looking for you.

The National Churches Trust is the independent, UK-wide charity supporting churches, chapels and meeting houses of all Christian denominations. We want to see churches open and sustainable for now, and the future. We help sustain church buildings through advice, support & training, and campaign to demonstrate their value and importance to their communities and the nation.

Our new Digital Engagement Officer will play a vital role in the newly formed Engagement team, which brings together marketing, communications, public affairs and fundraising. With experience in digital marketing, social media and website management, you will have excellent organisational and planning skills, be able to manage a varied workload and be an effective team player.

Your specialist digital knowledge will help deliver engagement plans – with special emphasis on social media and our soon to be replaced website. You will identify new opportunities for digital development and be the key point of contact for the Trust’s digital, social media and online engagement.

Applications are welcome both from new graduates as well as from more experienced applicants. The post is available for an immediate start, and so applications will be reviewed as they are received. As such interviews may be held sooner than advertised and this advertisement may close early.
