Role Context
Holy Trinity is a Charismatic-Evangelical Anglican Church with a vision to know and share the love of Jesus and pursue God’s Kingdom in London and S+FH.
A new church leader was appointed 2 years ago and after a period of laying foundations and building culture, the church is beginning to see exciting fruit both in evangelism and discipleship including within the Children’s Ministry.
Children and Families Ministry is core to the Church’s Ministry. This reflects local demographics. This is a key appointment to steward and accelerate the growth we are seeing in this area.
We currently have an average of 20 children and youth each Sunday and some excellent children’s group leaders.
Role Purpose
The Children and Families Pastor will have oversight of the Children’s and Families Ministry at Holy Trinity both on Sundays and mid-week.
As part of the leadership team, create a place and culture for all children and families which reflects our vision and values. Vision and Values.
To lead the Children and Families Ministry into further growth.
Occupational Requirement
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
This role has an Occupational Requirement to be a Christian, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1, of the Equality Act 2010.
