Would you like to play a senior role in the leadership of St Mary’s in Reigate as we seek to develop leaders and make resilient disciples? We are looking for an action-oriented member of the leadership team able to develop and grow leaders and oversee our discipleship strategy with particular oversight of family discipleship.
You will play an energising and co-ordinating role in the life of our church as a senior leader at the start of a new chapter in our life together. You will naturally bring self-discipline and cohesion to projects and teams, provide co-ordination, support, and motivation to those involved, and you will relish helping people discover and develop their gifts. Energised by the vision of seeing God change lives, families, and churches you will be someone who loves to see dreams blossom into reality and getting things done, and who would enjoy bringing your experience and leadership to a vibrant evangelical charismatic church on the edge of London.
