HR Administrator, London Bridge
Full Time - 35 hours per week
£26,000- £28,000 per annum
We rely on dedicated, bright, well organised and forward-thinking administrators to support the varied work that takes place in the Diocese of Southwark. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an HR department, with well developed IT skills, an independent, conscientious and flexible approach, who enjoys being part of a team.
The role encompasses a variety of work including supporting the recruitment and selection processes for new staff, administering the procedures for induction, appraisal and all parts of the employee life-cycle. There is also an important role in supporting the processes of DBS checks for our clergy in the diocese. In addition there will be the provision of support to one of the committees in the governance structures of the diocese, in a role providing variety, and opportunities for development.
